All of our wood art is packaged as securely as we can reasonably manage, but we all know accidents can happen within the shipping process, so if you would like shipping insurance, please contact us and we can help you set that up for the appropriate cost for your piece.

We all know that shipping is a headache, but we try to keep it as straight forward as possible.

Shipping rates are based on the size and weight of the wood art. All pieces are shipped ground via USPS, Fedex, or UPS.

Commissioning a wood art piece is a great way to be sure you get something that is “just so!”

Due to the variations of wood, all pieces will contain natural imperfections such as knots, variegation within the stain, dark spots, and other such variations. This adds to the beauty of the piece, giving each unique details, and are not considers flaws.

Commissioned pieces cannot be returned once delivered.

We want you to be thrilled with your commissioned wood art, so let us know if you have concerns about how the piece is coming together. Unfortunately, due to costs associated with creating custom work, deposits cannot be refunded, though you are free to forfeit the piece and will not be charged the remaining amount.
